1. Overview
This draft explains what information is collected when using the platform. It is a DRAFT placeholder pending professional legal review.
2. Information we collect
Creators: the email address and password hash used for the account, your public handle and profile details. Supporters: an optional name and message submitted with an appreciation. Payment details (cards etc.) are processed by Stripe and are not stored on the platform.
3. How information is used
Account data is used to operate the creator dashboard and identity. Supporter name/message are shown to the creator as part of an appreciation. Aggregated verified payment data powers the creator's history and earnings views.
4. Third parties
Stripe processes payments and payouts and provides creator KYC/onboarding. Identity documents and bank or card details submitted to Stripe are not stored by Getboosted. The platform stores Stripe references, account readiness fields and the payment records needed to operate the service.
5. Retention and deletion
Retention periods, deletion requests and data export are pending policy and legal review before launch.
